Building the patient engagement community
The CipherHealth Clinical Advisory Board, composed of the country's top healthcare industry experts and key healthcare influencers, provides expert guidance and collaboration as CipherHealth continues to enhance and expand the reach of its patient engagement platform.
Objectives
- Identify industry trends that could impact the future direction of CipherHealth offerings.
- Provide input on features and functionality across the entire patient care continuum.
- Offer feedback on the CipherHealth roadmap and gain access to the new product early adopter program.
- Assist with vetting best practice workflows, scripting, and recommendations to ensure strong patient engagement outcomes.
- Help identify and define patient engagement program goals and key data points.
- Assist with prioritizing research projects for the most impactful industry pain points.

Vanessa Mona
System Director of Care Experience · Henry Ford Health
Vanessa Mona has been the System Director of Care Experience for Henry Ford Health for over 23 years. A tireless advocate for improving patient care, she creates sustained change by combining quality improvement expertise with extensive operations experience. Her ability to integrate the consumer experience journey across all touchpoints allows her to generate engagement at the system level.

Tina HunterMBA, BSN, RN
Executive Director of Patient Experience · Prisma Health
Tina Hunter serves as Executive Director of Patient Experience at Prisma Health, the largest healthcare organization in South Carolina, with over 29,000 team members and 18 acute and specialty hospitals. She brings a rich background in service, clinical care, and leadership — including 13 years of bedside experience, 10 in emergency care at a level 1 trauma center — and has driven patient experience outcomes through process improvement, collaboration, and leveraging the patient's voice.

Rani Morrison WilliamsMS, MSW, LCSW, FACHE
Chief Diversity and Community Health Equity Officer · University of Illinois Health
Rani Morrison Williams serves as the first Chief Diversity and Community Health Equity Officer at UI Health, leading formal efforts to improve diversity, inclusion, and health equity internally and in the communities UI Health serves. A Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, she has been recognized as a Crain's Chicago Notable Women in Healthcare honoree and a Notable Executive of Color in Healthcare.

Jason CoffeyRN, MSN
System Director, Employee Experience · Norton Healthcare
Jason Coffey brings 27 years of healthcare experience spanning nursing, patient experience, and human resources. At Norton Healthcare — Louisville's second largest employer with over 18,000 employees — he leads recognition, onboarding, well-being, retention, employee listening strategies, and numerous Employee Experience journey initiatives across a system of six hospitals.

Marisa SchwartzDNP, MBA
Senior Medical Director, Hospital Medicine, Clinical Operations and Patient Experience · St. Luke's University Health Network
With over 20 years in healthcare encompassing clinical and administrative roles, Marisa Schwartz leads patient experience efforts across St. Luke's University Health Network — a large organization serving communities in Pennsylvania and Western New Jersey. She earned her DNP in clinical leadership in 2013 and an MBA in healthcare management in 2022, and has shaped the approach of more than 20,000 employees through the value of genuine human connections.

Laura WielochRN, MSN
Executive Director, Ambulatory Care Management, Care Transitions, Employer Products & Enterprise Population Health (Midwest Region) · Advocate Health
Laura Wieloch is a nurse of over 35 years, serving as Executive Director of Care Management for the Midwest Region at Advocate Health. Over the past decade she has developed care management services and led technology implementations in COVID-19 care, Heart Failure Remote Patient Monitoring, and IVR for Health Outreach Services, consistently delivering top-tier performance in quality, patient engagement, and clinical outcomes.

Jenny SimmondsRN, MSN
Director of Care Management · Intermountain Health
Jenny Simmonds began her nursing career in 1999 at Intermountain Health, working in cardiac and thoracic critical care before moving into hospital case management and leadership. As Director of Care Management specializing in Transitions of Care, she leads initiatives to optimize care coordination, improve access, and address social determinants of health while leveraging technology to enhance outcomes.

Jennifer K. StebbinsDNP, RN-BC
Vice President, Health Care Application Systems · Baystate Health
Jennifer Stebbins provides executive oversight for Clinical Informatics, Clinical and Ancillary Applications, Imaging and Clinical Systems, and Clinical Training at Baystate Health — supporting four hospitals and more than 100 physician practices. A doctoral-prepared nurse with 40 years of clinical experience, she is a national speaker on automating early warning systems, patient engagement, and evidence-based practice.

Joy AveryMSN, RN
Senior Vice President, Clinical Strategy · CipherHealth
Joy brings 36 years of expertise in clinical practice, healthcare operations, capacity management, and enterprise command centers deployed across dozens of health systems in the US and UK. She previously served as Chief Flight Nurse, Trauma Program Manager, and Director of Specialized Clinical Services at North Mississippi Medical Center.

Donna PritchardDNP, MSN, FNP-BC
VP of Clinical Services · CipherHealth
Donna brings 33 years of nursing experience and 22 years of C-suite administration. A two-time Baldridge award winner, she spent 32 years at North Mississippi Medical Center — including 11 years as Chief Nursing Executive — and serves as adjunct faculty for the University of United States Family Nurse Practitioner Program.
