The terms and conditions governing your use of the CipherHealth website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
