His people-first approach has fostered high-performing, collaborative teams and long-term talent retention.
Before joining CipherHealth, Tyler led the engineering team at PayLynxs, a FinTech startup focused on cross border remittance payments and anti money laundering solutions. With deep expertise in multi-cloud environments, Kubernetes, and data-driven solutions, Tyler excels at aligning technology strategies with business goals.
