Zachary Silverzweig is a mission-driven technology entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience building and scaling software companies. As a Co-Founder of CipherHealth, Zach helped shape the company from an early prototype into an enterprise-grade patient engagement platform that has touched the lives of more than forty million patients and saved the U.S. healthcare system billions of dollars in avoidable costs.
Over his tenure at CipherHealth, Zach has worn many hats—leading product, engineering, technical support, customer configuration, and implementation. Under his technology and product leadership, CipherHealth delivered the #1 KLAS-ranked product in two categories for four consecutive years. Alongside his co-founders, he drove fundraising efforts that secured more than $45M in financing and helped build a company ranked #1 in Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work.
Zach is also the founder of TinyIvy, an EdTech startup focused on closing the early-literacy gap, and has served on the leadership teams of healthcare companies dedicated to clinician wellbeing. Earlier in his career he was a consultant at Pace Harmon and Archstone Consulting, advising clients across healthcare, public sector, and defense. He holds a graduate degree from Columbia University.
